Full List: National Museums and Historical Parks in Thailand

In a post dated December 17, The Pinoy Legacy said that national museums and historical parks in Thailand are free from December 28, 2019 to January 1, 2020.

Upon sharing the link to my Khon Philippine Facebook page, a flood of questions started to arrive — asking if there’s a truth in it.

To confirm, I made a personal phone call to the Fine Arts Department of Thailand earlier today and was able to speak to Mr. Sittipon from the public relations. He said that all national museums and national parks in Thailand are indeed free on the dates mentioned.

“This is free for both Thais and foreigners,” he added.

But knowing whether a visit is free or not is not enough as I want to know where to visit. Therefore, I searched on Google the full list of national museums and historical parks in Thailand. Luckily, I found popular blogger Richard Barrow’s entry! It was dated 2018 but the list is just the same.
